Peter Lehmann, Hill and Valley Riesling

Sourcing from super premium Riesling blocks results in a wine with intensity of flavour and minerality, this is classic Eden Valley Riesling. Bright and tangy with a nose of freshly picked limes, lemon meringue and lifted floral aromas. The palate shows great fruit purity with a juicy natural acid line. Lots of citrus flavours intertwined and a waxy minerality. Slight fruit sweetness balances the acidity and allows for good length on the finish.
